CHECKLIST for Vending Machine Transport

Vending Machine Transport Pre Pickup Checklist

[1. [ ] Secure Loose Parts: Ensure all Stock, drinks, snacks etc any loose parts are secured or removed.

2. [ ] Lock the Vending Machine Door: Lock the door without locking your keys inside.

3. [ ] Take Your Keys: Take your keys with you or provide a spare key to the transport team if they may need to open the door during delivery.

4. [ ] Check for Obstructions: Ensure the path to the vending machine is clear of any obstructions. TRIP HAZARDS !!!

5. [ ] Communicate with Transport Team: Confirm the pickup time and any special instructions with the transport team.

6. [ ] Inspect the Machine: Do a final inspection to ensure everything is in order.

7. [ ] Empty the Machine: Remove all products and cash from the vending machine.

8. [ ] Clean the Machine: Wipe down the exterior and interior to ensure it’s clean.

9. [ ] Tape the Spirals on Shelves: Secure the spirals on the shelves with tape to prevent them from moving during transport.

10. [ ] Disconnect Power: Unplug the vending machine from the power source. Roll up the power cord and Tape securely to vending machine.

11. [ ] Make sure you have enough change in coins to re-fill the coin mechanism or even better take out the coin mech to ensure it is safe.

12. [ ] Check your electrical lead for any cuts or damage and check your " TEST & TAG " is in date. It is a Occupational Health and Safety for all vending machines in NSW to have a current TEST TAG.
